Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance Experience? Just Good with Numbers?
The PTSO is currently seeking a Treasurer-Elect for the 2017-18 school year. This person would work with our Treasurer this year and serve as PTSO Treasurer in 2018-19. Not only does starting now give the Treasurer-Elect training on what the Treasurer role involves, having a Treasurer-Elect now is critical to maintaining continuity in our book-keeping. Please consider taking on this important role! Contact PTSO President, Alexandra Hischen-Dombroski or PTSO Treasurer, Tracie Schoenwald for more info.
Farm Camp was a huge success!
Congratulations to Ainsley, Anna Lane and Mariah for putting together a terrific day of adventure and exploration for our younger students. Thank you also to the adults that supported this program, Shea Chambers, Ms Mindy and Mr. Andrew. Here are a few glimpses into Farm Camp:
Donation Request for Makerspace
In the spirit of Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, Ms. Monica is asking all families to take a look at their craft closets, junk drawers, art spaces, and tool sheds to donate items to build up our material supplies for the Makerspace. Items that are new or gently used would be a great addition to the space she and Ms. Cyndi are building in the Makerspace. We are working on creating experiences for students to come in during lunches to create while eating lunch. More information to come!
